Form Counselling is dedicated to the practice of person-centered therapy.I specialize in providing therapy for grief and loss, life changes, carer emotional support, depression, anxiety, anger, substance or behaviour dependencies and other life adversities.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and to develop new skills and strategies for coping with life's challenges. I believe that change is possible and that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing.
