I am an experienced Social Worker specialising in Psychosocial Therapy. I have more than fifteen years experience ( nine as a Social Worker) in helping people who struggle with a diverse range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship/family and behavioral issues plus many more. I look at the correlation between a persons emotional wellbeing, and the surrounding elements that influence that person such as social, economic and family factors.
As my practice name suggests, I am solution focused and look to give strategies, guidance and advice in order for you to work towards achieving your individual goals. I have use of an office or can be community based, whichever the client is more comfortable with.
I bring personal experience and professional training together in order to help people. Its that simple. I want people to be able to achieve their goals. Whatever your issue, whatever goal you want to achieve, I am here to help. I can also take DVA and plan/self managed NDIS clients.
