As a warm and authentic clinical psychologist with a person-centred approach, I provide a safe space for clients to explore a range of issues. These include adjustment to life changes, stress management, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, body image and self-worth. Together, we will identify your unique strengths and utilise evidence-based strategies to facilitate increased insight and lasting change.
With 12 years experience in counselling roles, I work with clients from a range of backgrounds for assessment and therapy. I have a particular interest in perinatal mental health and attachment, as a registered Circle of Security Parenting facilitator. I can provide cognitive and ADHD assessment and I also work with self and plan-managed NDIS clients.
I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with endorsement in Clinical Psychology. As the Clinical Lead at the practice, I also support and oversee a team of psychologists.
