You are looking for a safe, gentle and professional counsellor/psychotherapist to listen attentively and compassionately to your concerns, validate your feelings and explore your challenges, so that we can collaboratively discover what's best for you at this stage of your life. Your issues may be to do with managing overwhelming changes, such as grief and loss or life-stage transitions, understanding your family history, or integrating elements of your past. Or you might be more focused on handling everyday concerns such as anxiety, mood and motivation, or simply habits of thought and behaviour that you'd like to change.
I offer a safe, confidential space within which we can collaboratively explore your concerns, feelings and challenges, and consider what you'd like to achieve, based on the premise that you are the expert in your own life. I use a person-centred approach, drawing on methods suited to your needs, your background and how you prefer to make sense of the world.
You are welcome to call me for a free 15 minute chat to see if I can be of assistance. We can also use this time to arrange your first consultation, if you'd like to proceed. Your consultations can then be face-to-face in my office, or via an online platform, if that's more convenient. I look forward to hearing from you!
