I’ve been there too. My name is Elaine and I’m the founder of Finding Your Light Online Counselling Service. I am a registered holistic counsellor which means I see each client as a whole person, rather than just a set of symptoms. I consider the interplay between mind, body and spirit. This might involve exploring not just emotional and mental concerns, but also physical health, lifestyle habits, and personal values.
My passion lies in empowering clients to find their inner strength and develop healthy coping strategies by developing a deeper understanding of themselves. Goals of therapy can include lowering stress, learning ways to regulate our nervous system, improve communication and wellbeing, strengthening the mind-body connection and challenging limiting beliefs.
