I'm a Clinical Psychology Registrar committed to supporting individuals on their personal journey to healing and personal growth. My passion lies in helping those who have experienced traumatic events to regain a sense of safety and well-being as they move towards recovery. I work with clients of all ages, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, interpersonal issues, domestic violence, and body image challenges.
I believe in a person-centered approach that fosters a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can freely explore their thoughts and feelings, facilitating reflection and empowering positive change. My therapeutic approach integrates elements of CBT, ACT, DBT and IFS, tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and goals.
Taking the step to seek help can feel daunting and vulnerable, but you're not alone in this journey. Life's challenges can often leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Together, we can collaborate towards achieving personal growth, both within and beyond therapy.
