I provide a bilingual service (English & Korean) and have a deep understanding of problems many migrants face in a foreign country as a migrant myself.
I provide empathic and authentic understanding to create a safe place for clients as a culturally informed counsellor. I use integrative approaches such as interpersonal therapy, CBT, person-centred therapy, attachment therapy, systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy based on a deep understanding of the needs of each client.
