Estelle is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, & Neuro-Affective Touch Foundation Graduate - working with the body’s intelligence to resolve trauma, shock & chronic stress. She is a PACFA accredited Clinical Supervisor and holds a Clinical Master’s Degree in Mental Health Sciences, Flinders Dept of Psychiatry. Estelle’s initial training was in dual diagnosis inpatient treatment (substance use & complex trauma) and she is currently training in Structural, Systemic & Family Constellations work, supporting the healing of the inter-generational transmission trauma through the ancestral lineage.
Estelle has over 20 years experience in varied & dynamic roles, delivering trauma informed psychotherapy and training. For many years Estelle has worked in private practice, and alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, travelling this wonderful country from South Australia, to the Gulf of Carpentaria, and throughout Victoria.
Estelle is curious about the interplay between ancient wisdoms and modern scientific findings. She is a keen fermenter and brewer, and enjoys studying our embodied spiritual connection to nature through sacred geometry, the Sun, camping, weaving, art, music, singing (in the shower) and dancing (not so much in the shower)
