At the heart of my practice lies a commitment to helping people reconnect with their true selves and discover meaning and purpose in their lives. I believe we all have an innate ability to heal and empower individuals to break free from limiting patterns and embrace their authentic selves.
I also have an interest in non-ordinary states of consciousness and their potential to improve mental health. I operate from a harm reduction framework and offer integration support for psychedelic experiences.
