With more than 20 years of experience, she has worked with people from all walks of life. Working collaboratively, she takes a client-centred approach to help individuals identify and make the changes required to achieve their goals. Elke has an accepting and non-judgemental manner. Her friendly and warm approach facilitates openness as people explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe space. Elke is an LGBTIQ+ affirming and aware practitioner.
Telehealth services are available to adults who may be experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. These include: anxiety, panic attacks, worry and perfectionism, social anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, assertive communication, childhood trauma, personality disorders, past sexual assault, and low self-esteem.
You will be treated respectfully as we work collaboratively to achieve your goals. By utilising mindfulness and self-compassion principles, I aim to help people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and greater capacity for self-acceptance. When we can be kind and accepting towards ourselves and others, we move towards experiencing peace of mind.
