I believe that we all have the capacity to grow and make changes, even though change can be difficult. Sometimes it can be a little easier when we have someone to walk alongside us to help recognise our uniqueness and strengths. I have a strong commitment to working from a client centred approach; I see individuals as the expert in their own life and never assume to know what is best for them.
I provide individual counselling sessions for children and adults across a broad range of presenting issues; such as but not limited to, perinatal wellness, parenting support, grief & loss, separation and self-esteem issues. I adapt my approach to be the most suitable fit for the person entering the counselling space.
I provide a safe environment where individuals feel supported to share their stories, explore challenges and are really listened to, I do this by being genuine, honest, empathic, relationship focused and non-judgemental. I believe in trusting the process and being present with each client’s own journey as they discover new strengths and possibilities.
