Using a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches, I work with individuals who wish to address specific issues, trauma-related or not, as well as those who wish to develop greater awareness and are committed to their personal development.
I know firsthand the demands that are placed on women and mothers to do it all and be it all. I have a special interest in Matrescence and use my expertise to guide women towards self-empowerment at various stages of their mothering journeys and at any turning point that requires overcoming self-doubt and courageously drawing their own picture of success.
