When, release, relief and understanding is attained, you will learn to 'tap in' the felt sense of positive experience during session, a skill that you can continue to generally resource your daily life, along with a daily technique (for 21 days after an unburdening) to integrate/myelinate new neural pathways - permanent healing and state of being.

Currently in-person counselling & psychotherapy situated on the Sunshine Coast 4556. An ambient home office environment allows for somatic relaxation exercises if elected, is a fresh neural space where new information and experience is mindfully imbibed. My approach is client centered and non-judgmental. Your pace and depth of work is respectfully observed.
