I have a special interest in supporting people who are experiencing anxiety and depression including post-natal depression, and those with a history of trauma. I understand that seeking therapy can be a daunting experience and aim to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients.
My goal is for clients to live happier, more meaningful lives by increasing their sense of emotional wellbeing, building healthier relationships, increasing self-awareness, improving communication, and focusing on self-care.
