I am a clinical psychologist who has worked across a range of private and public health services. I work with adults who have a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual health, LGBTQ+ issues, anger, addiction with alcohol, gambling, gaming, masturbation, and pornography and erectile dissatisfaction. I am passionate about empowering individuals to become more emotionally aware and insightful through various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
