Accessible and affordable online Counselling that is culturally sensitive, intersectional and trauma informed. All people welcome as I have experience in primary healthcare, domestic violence, workplace injury management, and mentoring kids and their families to navigate everyday challenges and big feelings. I aim to provide a safe, transparent and nurturing space that builds trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship. I am a strength-based therapist encouraging clients to identify their own skills and resources, to make informed decisions and set achievable goals. I offer pre-diagnosis Assessments for various presentations.
I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Awareness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Awareness, Emotion Focused Therapy and Psychoeducation. I use the online video chat modality and offer adhoc, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or 10 sessions over a year at a competitive rate. First 30 minute session is free.
I understand that life can be filled with confusion and turmoil, that we are expected to navigate alone, often feeling isolated and inadequate. These challenges are normal even when overwhelming, and can be a source of resilience, strength, learning and growth when witnessed by a trained and expert supporter.
