I have an interest in all general adult psychological presentations, especially mood disorders, trauma related difficulties, interpersonal and relationship stressors, existential concerns, life transitions and adjustment including the psychological development and adjustment within and across specialist work roles and settings, health behaviour change and adjustment to injury.
I offer individual psychotherapy for patients aged 18+ and have undertaken additional study and specialist training in the Conversational Model – an evidence-based form of relational psychotherapy that integrates aspects of neuroscience, attachment theory, developmental psychology, and linguistics in both Short and Long-term Psychotherapeutic approaches.
I am committed to supporting patients navigate a wide range of emotional, mental health and personal development needs, manage symptoms and better understand themselves in order to work through common inner conflicts and tensions that are often the underlying drivers of emotional turmoil and difficulty.
