I'm often told I'm the calmest person in the room. I am a flexible and compassionate psychologist, with experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds. I'm committed to helping people live with meaning. This can mean working through things that are blocking you right now, and building a kit of tools that can be applied in any situation. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I've got extensive experience working with artists, high-performing professionals, and people for whom work is not the most important part of life.
