Hi there I'm David. I'm a mental health social worker with over twenty years' experience counselling adults in various settings. I currently work with adults (in person or via telehealth) who need some support with relationship and attachment challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, Complex PTSD, substance use issues and LGBTQIA+ issues.

I've worked in various counselling, supervision, project work and teaching roles, mostly in community health. I'm passionate about my work and learning and have four master degrees - Master of Social Work, Master of Mental Health Sciences, Master of Counselling, and Master of Creative Arts Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR Therapy and IFS Therapy.
