You might be healing from traumas/challenges that are causing stress which can lead to anxiety, depression or anger, amongst many other emotions. Counselling can help restore some balance to your mental wellbeing & relationships
In addition to counselling, I am an ACA registered supervisor, available for clinical supervision. Know that you deserve the same care and love that you so easily give to others.
