I have 20 years of experience, in particular supporting those whom have experienced some form of traumatic event (especially sexual abuse). This includes current serving members of the Australian Defence Forces, Veterans and their families (PTSD). I work with children and young people who have behavioural and emotional difficulties and developmental disorders such as ASD and ADHD. I also provide Neurofeedback therapy and EMDR. Essentially if you are ready to engage in therapy, open to exploring current behaviours and how change may occur - Then lets get started!
I have 20 years of counselling experience. With degree’s in Psychology, Social Work and Child Psychotherapy. I provide specialised supports for clients who have complex trauma through the use of such tools as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Neurofeedback, QEEG and trauma therapy. I also provide Couples Counselling.
It can be a difficult first step in making contact with a mental health professional. But like most first steps, once you take it , the rest starts to be easier.
