Hello, I'm Dallas. I'm a queer, non-binary, disabled therapist. I specialise in supporting people with diverse identities and experiences, to meaningfully move towards their mental health and wellbeing goals. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent people, those living with PTSD and people with eating disorders. I pay my respect and gratitude to the traditional owners who sustain the land I benefit from and acknowledge I am a settler on unceded land.
I spent four years working as a Primary Therapist in New York City in a mental health treatment program. We utilised a combination of CBT, ACT and DBT to support people to make meaningful shifts with their mental health. Since returning to Australia in 2021 I have focused on Family Mental Health and the impact of our environment on our wellbeing.
I am a strong believer that the best time to build a relationship with a new therapist is before you need them and the second best time is now. The same goes for planting trees. I see individuals, couples, families, friend groups, polycules, housemates who are curious to deepen their relationship or recognize its time for some healing and real conversations.
