Hello, I’m Rachel Durrant, founder of CuriousNeuro Counselling, where neurodiversity is celebrated. Drawing from personal insight and learned knowledge, I offer compassionate online counselling for neurodivergent adults and teens. My goal is to provide support that is personalised to you. Whether you’re overwhelmed by ADHD experiences or facing ASD challenges (or both), I can help. Together, we will work towards embracing your strengths while managing impulsivity, improving focus, or developing social skills. Let’s turn your challenges into strengths.
Living with ADHD or ASD can feel overwhelming and isolating. Many of my clients have felt misunderstood, exhausted from trying to fit in, and unsure of how to embrace their true selves. I help by providing personalised strategies to manage these feelings, understand your diagnosis, and develop healthy coping skills.
I'm here to help you make sense of your past, while living in the now to find a way forward. Together, we'll work through your challenges, develop coping skills, and celebrate your unique strengths. If you’ve ever felt lost or different, let’s transform those feelings into growth and empowerment. Reach out, and let’s start this journey together.
