My approach, is seeing clients where they need a safe space to talk. As I work with clients it's allowing myself to have privilege to be walking alongside them in creating a new story with new unique outcomes. Teaching clients the problem is the problem and not themselves.
I work in many areas: Relationships, Identity, Self Care, Depression, Anxiety, Confidence Youth, Bi Cultural, (Maori and Pacific Island) Alcohol and other drugs, LGBTIQA+, HIV, sex work, chronic pain, health and wellbeing.
Taking that first step is tough, I will create a safe space for you to be yourself. Going at your pace, you have full control on each session. We work together in the counselling space, we will unpack and explore new outcomes.
