Using blends of current trauma practices, neuroscience and mindfulness we can learn to sit in awareness of our internal world, gently noticing what arises. Neuroscience helps us to understand the inner workings of the mind and its impact on the body. Unprocessed memory and traumatic events remain alive in us, limiting our ability to live in the present.
If you find yourself feeling stuck in past memories or always anxious about the future, I would like to help. We can learn the skills to integrate those difficult experiences, hear the deeply known internal wisdom of your story and feel confident and fully alive in the present.
