At conscious Mind Centre, we specialise in supporting adults aged between 25 to 45 years. This is one of the most stressful periods of adulthood involving many significant life transitions, both expected and unexpected. These transitions can often and sometimes unknowingly bring up past experiences and unprocessed emotions related to traumatic events you have experienced, witnessed, or heard about from others. It's not uncommon we find threads of challenges in our patients day to day lives that share themes with their childhood experiences.
Conscious Mind Centre is an integrative, holistic trauma psychology and mental health centre for adults. Our boutique office is located on the Northern Gold Coast, Coomera. Our clinicians have a special interest in trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex-PTSD, the impacts of adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, depression, and addiction.
