I provide a relaxed, confidential space to explore what's creating distress, preventing you from feeling fulfilled or causing difficulties in life & relationships. We explore the impact of life experiences on you, your behaviours & perceptions, your community & your challenges. With this insight, you can then work out what you want in life & how you want to be, giving you choice. Using evidence-based neurobiological and emotion focused, experiential interventions we'll process what’s happening to you, explore your resources & strengths & develop further skills to manage your challenges.
Special areas of interest: couple & relationship conflict, workplace difficulties, infidelity/betrayals, childhood difficulties/developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, loss, anger & emotional difficulties. I work with young adults navigating this challenging transitional phase. Find me at colleendibiamakacounselling.com.au
My life journey has taken me through different countries, cities and challenges, working alongside people with varying life experiences, ages, faiths, beliefs and values. Your story is unique. Your voice is to be valued. You matter. In our common humanity, we are all much alike. Call me for a brief chat to explore how we can best work together.

Who you are today & how you do life has been informed & shaped by your life experiences & internallised messages. We will work to understand how your behaviours, responses, habits, addictions, all developed over time & helped you cope with your world.
