As a compassionate and experienced psychologist, I work with children and adults, understanding school learning disorders, supporting young people in navigating conflicts and relationship issues, assisting with parenting challenges understanding loss and grief and overcoming the specific challenges you seek to overcome in the present and those from the past. I focus on building self-esteem and autonomy and empowering clients to make real change. In therapy, we will work together to break invisible chains, internalised maladaptive perceptions and expectations and silence debilitating inner voices to bring improved quality of life.
I am dedicated to helping children and adults navigate life's challenges and achieve their full potential. Together we will address challenges you face, blocks and barriers to overcome, providing you with the the necessary tools and strategies to thrive. We do this through CBT anaysling how you think about things and to disrupt ingrained perceptions.
My therapeutic approach focuses on building self-esteem and autonomy in my clients. I believe in empowering individuals to make real and lasting changes in their lives, guiding them towards personal goals, making informed choices that align with their values and aspirations. I work with children and young adults dealing with academic and friendship issues.
