As someone who had a lived experience of anxiety and depression, I understand that little things can easily overwhelm you. Simple things can feel difficult to do and expend massive nervous energy and effort. Which in turn, makes you feel drained and exhausted. I am an experienced counsellor and positive psychology practitioner. I am passionate and interested in listening, understanding, empathising, and empowering clients. I have experience working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, panic, stress, relationship issues, grief and loss, and others.
