Located in Midland and East Fremantle I feel privileged to be in the role of walking alongside children, teens, adults, couples and families who are surviving the impact of trauma. I provide Art Therapy and Counselling in a safe space to explore your experience of anxiety and depression caused by an acute, chronic or complex trauma, grief and loss. You are the expert of your world but sometimes it is hard to describe your experiences with words. Art Therapy is a way to explore your experience of yourself and your world through creative expression. Using a strength based, person centred approach you will be supported to explore your experience of yourself and develop new ways of being in this world.
