Counselling has been a very important part of my life - from conversations with close friends to the professional help received from counsellors and psychologists. In the past I have suffered from anxiety and depression and without the help of counselling would have continued to suffer. Let me assure you I have been there in the darkness. When I am able to help people, in the way I have been supported, it is incredibly rewarding. From life's little problems through to the big scary seemingly insurmountable ones I am here to listen and often that's all that's needed for you to get clarity and feel your own power.
