Hello, it's nice to meet you here. If you are struggling with eating or body image issues, I can support you to find a way out. You may be stuck in cycles and patterns of behaviours with food that you know are not helpful but you can't find a way to make changes. You may be dissatisfied with your body and long to find some peace but don't know where to start. You may have had a difficult relationship with food for a long or short time and would love for this to no longer be an issue in your life. You may have previously accessed health services for your eating disorder or you may never spoken of these challenges to anyone.
I have supported many people, including children, adolescents, adults and older people, with eating disorders and body image issues. I use a range of treatment modalities including CBT-E, FBT, Gestalt Therapy, Art and Expressive Therapies. I value the therapeutic relationship as a container and catalyst for change.
