I help clients explore their problems and feelings about themselves and others in their lives. I specialise in working with issues such as communication problems, betrayal, anxiety, depression and stress, separation and parenting. Helping clients to empower themselves and find solutions to improve their relationships and their mental health is important as this has a positive knock-on effect in family systems.
I offer both individual and couple therapy and have 20 years experience. Using a systems and psychodynamic approach, I help clients explore past patterns of thinking, behaviours and beliefs which may be interfering with current relationships or goals. I am also a certified supervisor for professionals looking for help with couples.
My work with clients is based on the relationship we develop during the counselling process. In developing trust and a feeling of safety, we can work together, on your own or with your partner or family member, to improve and overcome the issues you may be facing, in a safe and confidential environment.
