It is often our habitual patterns that lead us to become frustrated, despairing, or stuck enough to seek support, not necessarily the crises we may face.
I provide effective, nuanced and evidence-based intervention options for individuals requiring a space for themselves, to better understand themselves and act more effectively on their own lives. I enjoy working with individuals who may be experiencing new mental health concerns, as well as those experiencing more complex, prolonged challenges or trauma.
