Often we move through the world protected and defended trying to keep ourselves emotionally safe, and to maintain the attachments that are important to us. Being authentic in our relationships may not seem to be an option for us all of the time, and this can impact us on a deep level compromising our emotional and social wellbeing, and potentially leading to adverse health outcomes. Often the most damaged relationship in our lives is the one we have with ourselves. Racial, sexual and gender minorities, as well as neurodivergent folk, can be particularly susceptible to prejudice and 'othering' - overtly or covertly. You deserve more
You may want to let go of, or adjust behaviours and attitudes that no longer serve you. I can offer a safe, supportive space for you to explore developmental trauma that may have disconnected you from your authentic self, holding you back from becoming your preferred self. My interest in you is less 'why the behaviours?' and more 'why the pain?'
I offer a safe and supportive space for you to unpack and explore your concerns, and to access your inner healing wisdom. Turning towards our pain rather than from our pain is the way through the pain. I can offer a safe relational container for you to journey into that landscape to find greater confidence in moving to a preferred place in your life
