I am an experienced Australian Counselling Association Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Mental Health Nurse and Supervisor with 35 years experience of working with people with emotional and mental health issues. My clients have found me to be both an empathic listener and an effective therapist. As a Psychotherapist I specialise in working with people who have been impacted by their life journey and would like to learn to live more effectively. The relationship with self is the most important relationship and I can assist my clients to repair this relationship and live a happier life.
I specialise in working with people who have lifelong issues and would like to repair past issues so that they can move on with their life and relationships today. I am a Dialectical Behaviour Therapist and have worked effectively with people with a diagnosis of personality disorder. I work with adults and couples for relationship counselling.
I offer an initial hour and a half appointment which provides the opportunity to get to know each other and for the client to share their story and how this has impacted on them and their relationships with both themselves and others.
