As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and EFT Practitioner, I specialise in treating Anxiety, Insomnia and Chronic Pain. I teach Self Hypnosis, Meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique in sessions so you can continue to feel empowered wherever you are.
