I am a Registered Counsellor with a passion for supporting individuals, families, and communities in pursuing a purpose-filled life that fosters ongoing growth in self-awareness, connection to values, and a sense of meaning, belonging, and wholeness. I draw from a selection of modalities such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, TRE (trauma release/tension reduction exercises), Family Systems, and I integrate a whole-body approach to healing (body, mind, spirit/soul, community), wellbeing, and ultimate flourishing.
My background is in community development, music, counselling, advocacy, and case management. I have experience working as an Alcohol and Other Drug Clinician, supporting individuals who are struggling with substance use and co-occurring issues such as mental ill health, trauma and PTSD, conflict in relationships, and legal, housing and financial problems.
