I'm a Clinical Psychologist. I work with pre-adolescents and adolescents, young adults, parents and executives. My practice focuses on mood, anxiety, behavioural difficulties, bullying, substance use issues and identity. A significant component of my work is with school-related transitions including primary, secondary and post-school adjustment. I see executive level professionals from a range of industries in relation to managing aspects of life both in, and outside of their organisations.
I consider the client-therapist alliance to be a critical feature in expediting the therapeutic process. I engage a client-centred framework to identify and amplify people’s strengths, applying evidenced based approaches including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Family Systems approaches.
