Having worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist for 20 years Charles has developed into a highly skilled and compassionate therapist. While providing support as a generalist counsellor over the years Charles has ended up specialised in supporting people with anger management, anxiety, depression, addictions couples therapy, sexuality & gender identity and trauma. Charles has studied extensively receiving a Master of Counselling and undertaken training in a number of therapeutic modalities.
Charles' counselling is based on developing a trusting empathic confidential and professional therapeutic relationship within an open, comfortable and conversational style through which your safety, well-being and positive out comes are of primary concern.
