I respect that coming to therapy takes courage. With this in mind, I am patient and compassionate in my approach and believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. Typically, my clients come to therapy looking to understand themselves better and for support with addressing unhelpful patterns. We’ll work together to understand what you need and what you want to achieve through therapy.
I believe in using a holistic approach to therapy. I am committed to using evidence-based treatment and draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. I am collaborative and transparent in the approach I use and my treatment recommendations.
