Catherine is a warm, empathetic and collaborative Psychologist who works with people aged 16 and over with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, body image issues, relationship concerns and family conflict. She is supportive of LGBTQIA+ clients.
Catherine operates using a client-centred and strengths-based framework, using a range of strategies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. Her goal is to walk alongside clients and empower them to feel confident, reduce distress and to find the tools and strategies that work
