I work with compassion and emotion focused therapy, within a person centred counselling approach, where I hold a safe, no - judgement space for you to feel heard, understood and valued. I also use somatic therapy and mindfulness approaches to help you connect with your own experiences and develop ways to find peace and manage difficulty in your life.
