The Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum Clinic was launched by compassionate psychologists to address the unique treatment needs of different types of OCD, aiming to provide supportive and personalised care to help individuals free themselves from these conditions.
We have experience and training in the gold-standard treatment options for OCD, including CBT and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). We are also equipped to work from other frameworks (ACT, EMDR, ISTDP, Schema Therapy) to support you with any other issues you might be experiencing. We offer both in person and online appointments.
We aim to provide a supportive space free of judgement, where you can speak freely about your most difficult thoughts without fear of repercussion. We value working collaboratively, at the pace you're ready to work at. All are welcome to express interest in finding support.
