I see clients at all stages of life. I work with adults experiencing mental health challenges (such as depression, anxiety, stress, and emotion dysregulation) and have a particular interest in cases where these symptoms result from exposure to trauma and adversity. I also work with children, adolescents, and parents, and have a particular interest in administering interventions for oppositional and disruptive behaviour.
I take a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy. I am passionate about evidence-based intervention and aim to integrate my knowledge and understanding of these frameworks into a therapy plan that is tailored to your personal goals, needs, and preferences.
Therapy provides a time and space to step away from the busyness of life, reflect, and explore your needs, while working towards creating the life you want for yourself. Therapy may help by providing a safe, non-judgemental space where you can focus on introspection and self-reflection with someone who listens and understands.
