I believe we are all doing the best we can with what we've got, but sometimes we don't have the right skills or viewpoint from which to understand and resolve the issues that cause us to suffer. Our old coping strategies fail and we become stressed, depressed, anxious, isolated, angry, fed up, stuck, lost or hopeless. And there's a voice in us that says we've got to figure it out for ourselves, we mustn't burden others or others won't understand us. I'll listen deeply and work beside you to find your own answers, in a confidential, non judgemental, safe space. We all need to be seen and understood and to understand ourselves.

I seek to develop a way of working with you that is uniquely suited to your issues, personality and readiness for change. I offer maturity that only age and experience can bring. In therapy with my clients we work together, developing clarity and insight into the causes of pain and suffering. My work is trauma-informed and, safety and trust are a priority.

I love people and thrive on connecting deeply with others. The best way to get to know you is to listen deeply for underlying themes, patterns, beliefs and values. The therapeutic space is your space to use however you need to, all you need to bring is a desire to learn more about yourself and a willingness to engage in this unique healing process.
