My counselling approach centres on respect and authenticity. My goal is to provide a safe therapeutic space for my clients - to offer support for whatever life is currently sending your way. I provide in-person counselling sessions in Joondalup, online via zoom and also phone counselling if that is your preference. I have past experience working with adults, young people and working with couples.
I work with a person-centred and creative approach and incorporate attachment, psychodynamic and systemic theory along with other evidence-based practices.
