I am a registered Psychologist with extensive experience helping people to improve their daily lives and reach their true potential. My passion to make a difference in the lives of others has led to a strong interest in evidence-based approaches such as Schema Therapy, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have undertaken additional training in Schema Therapy and am particularly passionate about this approach. I aim to build a warm, comfortable and collaborative space for people to improve their wellbeing through evidence-based interventions.
I am a registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. I provide therapy primarily through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy frameworks depending on the individual's needs.
I understand that starting therapy with a new person can be confronting. I strive to foster an environment where people feel safe and comfortable to share their concerns and where we can work together to improve their wellbeing.
