There are so many unique challenges that Autistic (or ADHD) adults face. Maybe you have been (newly) diagnosed with Autism or ADHD and you want to process your diagnosis in a neurodiversity-affirming way. You might be questioning if you are neurodivergent. Or you are looking for a translator to help you communicate across different neurotypes (NT/ND). Perhaps you are still stuck in a burn-out cycle and need help to restructure life to help with this. Or it might be exploring strategies relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, work, relationships or other things that are presenting as obstacles in your life.

I primarily work with individuals and couples and am very experienced at working with neurodivergent people, especially Autistics and ADHDers, including couples that have a NT/ND relationship. I also work with trauma, taking an integrative approach to help you address trauma.

Whether this is the first time that you have sought counselling, or you have tried other psychologists or counsellors, who haven't been the right fit or approach for you, I encourage you to reach out and make an appointment to see if I can help you.
