I offer counselling in the comfort of your home or online for Private and NDIS clients who are plan managed or self managed. I can assist with issues relating to stress/anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, resilience, self-esteem and social skills.
I specialise in supporting people from our neurodiverse community. I use a variety of researched based techniques within a client centred, strengths-based framework, including mindfulness exercises, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, LEGO Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
